• Search Engine Ranking Reports
  A bit 1990s these days. The onus now is far more on ROI than mere high rankings. What's the good of being number 1 for a search term that no-one is searching for or succeeding in rising to the top for a sought-after term and then having no-one click through to your site? What you need to see, rather than reports on whether you're at number 10 or number 20, is regular congratulatory notes form your bank manager. Mind you, bank managers - that's a bit 1990s too, these days...
• MetaTag Keyword & Description Placement
  I know what a meta tag is, of course, but what on earth do they mean by this? Placement? Where do they think they're likely to be placing it? This looks to be keyword-laden nonsense.
